The rooms here are well-decorated and brand-new, with comfy beds and a helpful wake-up service. the location is great for checking out nearby restaurants and bars. 🍽️.

The place was fairly clean and fantastic, it had very, very nice and courteous staff on the night shift. My twin room with entwined towels, a fantastic view of Osaka, for example was particularly good and perfect😀

It boasts a magnificent location in a vibrant commercial area, just a minute's walk from both a castle and a tower. There’s a delightful restaurant located a moderate distance away from the hotel. the rooms are absolutely perfect and modern, featuring great views. Guests can enjoy a variety of amazing food at breakfast.

Efficient check in and late check out. New-fashioned room with exceptionally comfortable bed and greatcastle views. Location next to Kyobashi to Kansai airport as well as tourist spots except Osaka Castle.

The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new in general, with great view. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone.

Title: Great for Young Explorers, But Better Party Options Needed

The only thing we wished for was a sick party vibe at the hotel. It would've been lit if they had a chill lounge or a bar where we could hang out with other young peeps and have a blast.

The breakfast spread here looked amazing, but sadly, we were pressed for time and missed out on trying it. 🥐

i like that the room was so clean and right across my conference venue at twin 21. the people at the spa were very helpful.

i did not like however that i was asking for a 40 yen discount because my total bill was something like 50040 and the desk clerk did not agree to write it off. what is 40 yen (0.5 USD)? but the trouble of keeping the loose change and that you cannot exchange it into foreign currency is surely cumbersome.

Staff is friendly but reserved, English is a problem. Waiting queue for the breakfast room was strange. Location is near a station and 5 minutes walk to the subway to the city centre. But travelling with luggage means a lot of hassle since it has many stairs, and only connects to a few train lines.

This hotel offers rooms with great views and has all the essentials like a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and pay TV, plus it’s located in an excellent area, close to a peaceful business district.

enjoyed my time in the hotel. staff was very helpful and speak good english. the room is bit small for three but its very cosy and clean. location is great, its near the JR station.

The staff were excellent and all we encountered spoke English! The room was lovely, small but quite comfortable. We hated the pillows; had lumpy things in them and were really hard but they were advertising them as being good! Breakfast was ok, it was better later as it was fresher; nice orange juice. Good location! Overall nice stay, we would stay there again!
